Sacramento firefighters found the bodies of a man and a girl in an apartment Monday afternoon.

Firefighters encountered heavy fire coming from two second-story units.

In the living room of one of them, they found the bodies, according to CBS Sacramento.

The fire, believed to have started there, had quickly spread throughout the apartment. .
